Ten years ago, more or less, we decide to invest our savings to buy an apartment because bank's interests were not profitable. To monetize this investment, we made our house available for short term rental in Homeaway and other similar channels. At the time we used excel files and gmail to manage its bookings.

A few years after we bought another apartment to monetize too with short term rentals. Some time later, a couple of friends asked us to manage their own real estate properties, so I started creating an app to replace excel because manage this business with excel and email was becoming a nightmare. Things evolved slowly because I have my day job and I only work on developing this app after work, after playing with the kids, clean them, feed them, read them bed stories and put them to bed...

At a certain point, since this app was working pretty well for us, we felt maybe it could help others like us. So, we decided to publish and invite people to use it, hoping it could help others too and maybe we could monetize it so I could leave my day job and just code which is what I enjoy doing.
